Proctorio is an assessment integrity platform that integrates with learning management systems through LTI standards, providing identity verification, browser lockdown, automated integrity monitoring, and exam review tools. The platform supports educational institutions, certification providers, government agencies, and private organizations conducting secure online assessments.

Proctorio integrates directly with existing LMS authentication, enrollments, roles, and permissions, eliminating the need for separate user accounts or manual provisioning. The platform supports desktop and mobile testing workflows, includes accessibility features, and provides 24/7/365 test-taker support. Automated analytics and integrity monitoring help streamline assessment review, while instructors and exam administrators remain responsible for all review and decision-making processes.

Layered Assessment Security

Combine browser lockdown, device-level controls, identity verification, automated integrity monitoring, and live proctoring to meet the security requirements of any assessment.

Fast Review Workflows

Recordings, event logs, and integrity data are available within seconds of submission. Automated analytics and event flagging help instructors review assessments efficiently.

Privacy and Security by Design

Assessment data is encrypted on the test-taker’s device using zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption and protected through data pseudonymization and strict access controls.

Installation Instructions

Proctorio provides a region-specific LTI configuration file for installation. Administrators can import the configuration file into their LMS to automatically configure the required LTI settings and ensure assessment data is processed within the appropriate regional environment.
